A 100% digital service — nothing is shipped
ApplyVita is an AI career agent delivered entirely over the internet. It scores and rewrites your resume, tailors it to job descriptions, runs mock interviews, drafts cover letters, and tracks your job applications. There is no physical product and no physical shipment. You will never receive anything by post or courier. There is nothing to track, and there is no delivery address to provide.
How delivery works
When you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. The moment your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your account is upgraded in real time — access to paid features is granted instantly and automatically. There is no manual step, no waiting period, and no processing queue. You can start using the upgraded features on the same screen, the moment the payment succeeds.
What you get the instant you pay
Paid access is a one-time pass (no subscription, no auto-renew). Every pass unlocks the full toolkit for its duration — unlimited resume rewrites, unlimited PDF + DOCX downloads, JD tailoring, ATS scoring, mock interviews, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, live job search, and the application tracker.

If your access isn't granted
In the rare event that your account is not upgraded within a few minutes of a successful payment, email us at hello@applyvita.com with your payment reference (the Razorpay order or payment ID from your receipt). We will restore your access immediately. A human reads every message.
Cancellations and refunds
Because delivery is instant, there is nothing to recall — but you are protected. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every pass. Since a pass is a one-time payment, nothing auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel — when a pass ends you simply return to Free. See our refund policy for full details.
